Getting Paid
You set the price. Tatiya shows your members how to pay it, and keeps the record of who has.
Money moves straight from your member's bank to yours. Tatiya never holds it and never takes a cut of what you earn.
Set up your details once
Go to Space Settings → Payments and fill in what you want members to see.
| Field | What it's for |
|---|---|
| PromptPay ID | A 10-digit mobile number, a 13-digit national ID, or a 15-digit e-Wallet ID |
| Account name | The name on your bank account, so members know the transfer landed in the right place |
| QR image | Upload your own PromptPay QR if you'd rather show that |
| What to tell them | Your bank details in plain words — for example, "Kasikorn 123-4-56789-0, Sunrise Studio Co. Ltd." |
| Cash | Turn on if you're happy to be paid in person |
When you're ready, switch on Show payment details to members. Until you do, your details stay private.
What your member sees
A member with something to pay gets a payment screen for their booking. It shows your QR code, your account name, and whatever you wrote in What to tell them.
They pay from their own banking app, the way they already pay for everything else. There's no card form and no account to create.
Recording that they paid
Because the money moves bank-to-bank, you're the one who knows it arrived. When it does, press Mark paid — on The Desk, or on the booking itself.
That does three things:
- The booking stops showing as awaiting payment
- Your member gets a receipt
- The amount counts toward what your space has earned
Good to know
- Nothing is charged automatically. Every payment is one your member chooses to send and you confirm you received.
- Prices are kept even if you turn Payments off. Members just see your booking types as free, and your payment screen stops being reachable. See Choosing what you use.
- You can leave it all blank. A space that takes no money is a perfectly normal space.
Turn Payments off in Space Settings → Features. Your prices are saved exactly as they were, waiting for you.
