Choosing what you use
Not every space runs the same way. A studio that sells memberships and a teacher who just wants a schedule need different things on screen.
Go to Space Settings → Features and keep what you use. Anything you switch off disappears from your menu — it doesn't disappear from your space.
What you can turn off

What you can turn on
One feature starts off rather than on, because it's still being shaped:
- Work — a shared board for what needs doing behind the scenes, and a calendar for what's happening on which day. It's marked Beta wherever it appears. It works, and it may change.
Nothing is ever deleted
Turning a feature off only changes what you see. Your data stays where it is, and switching the feature back on brings the screen back exactly as you left it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Team stays put. Even with Members off, you can still add staff and send invitations — Team has its own place in the menu.
- Your sessions keep running with Schedules off. The planner goes away, not your timetable. Members book exactly as they did, and you can still change a single session from your Bookings calendar.
- Scheduled broadcasts still send. If you've scheduled a message and then turn Broadcasts off, that message still goes out at its time. Cancel it first if you'd rather it didn't.
- New spaces start sensibly. When you create a space we switch on what your kind of space usually needs. Change any of it whenever you like.
Changing your mind
Switch anything back on from the same screen. There's no waiting period and nothing to restore — it's just there again.
Leave it on. A feature you don't use costs you a menu item; a feature you've hidden and forgotten costs you a search.
