Complete Your Profile

A complete profile helps visitors find you, trust you, and understand what you offer. Let's fill in the essentials.

What You'll Do​

Step-by-Step​

1. Navigate to Settings​

From your dashboard, go to Settings in the sidebar.

2. Add Your Description​

In the About section, write a brief description of your space.

What to include:

  • What your space offers
  • Who it's for
  • What makes it special

Example:

"A welcoming fitness studio in the heart of Bangkok. We offer group classes and personal training for all levels—from complete beginners to dedicated athletes. Family-friendly atmosphere with morning, evening, and weekend classes."

For Movement Spaces

Focus on the training styles you offer, your coaching approach, and what kind of athletes you welcome.

For Spiritual Spaces

Describe your practice tradition, the atmosphere practitioners can expect, and any specializations.

For Creative Spaces

Highlight the mediums or crafts you focus on, the equipment available, and the creative community you foster.

For Hospitality Spaces

Paint a picture of the experience—the ambiance, what guests can expect, and what makes your space a destination.

3. Set Your Location​

In the Location section:

  1. Enter your full address
  2. Use the map to confirm the pin is accurate
  3. Add any helpful directions (like "Second floor above the pharmacy")

Why this matters: Your location appears on your website and helps people find you through search.

In the Branding section, upload your logo.

Requirements:

  • Square format works best (1:1 ratio)
  • At least 400x400 pixels
  • PNG or JPG format
  • File size under 2MB

No logo yet? That's okay—you can add one later. Tatiya will display your space name until you do.

5. Add a Cover Image​

Your cover image appears at the top of your website. Choose an image that represents your space.

Great cover images show:

  • Your space in action (a class, workshop, or gathering)
  • Your unique environment
  • The energy of your community

Requirements:

  • Landscape format (16:9 ratio works best)
  • At least 1200 pixels wide
  • PNG or JPG format

6. Add Contact Information​

In the Contact section, add ways for visitors to reach you:

  • Phone number — For quick questions and bookings
  • Email address — For detailed inquiries
  • Social media links — Instagram, Facebook, LINE, etc.
Privacy Note

Only add contact information you want publicly visible on your website.

7. Set Your Hours​

In the Hours section, add your operating hours:

  1. Select which days you're open
  2. Set opening and closing times for each day
  3. Mark any special closures

8. Create Your FAQ​

A good FAQ answers common questions before visitors ask them.

Go to Pages > FAQ and add 3-5 questions:

Popular questions to include:

  • What should I bring to my first class/session?
  • Do I need experience?
  • What's your cancellation policy?
  • Is parking available?
  • Do you offer private sessions?

Checklist​

Before moving on, make sure you have:

  • Space description (About section)
  • Full address with accurate map pin
  • At least one contact method
  • Operating hours
  • At least 3 FAQ items

Bonus but not required:

  • Logo uploaded
  • Cover image uploaded
  • Social media links added
