What's an "Active Member"?
An active member is someone who books with you regularly. We count members who:
- Made 3 or more bookings in a calendar month, OR
- Made a single booking longer than 3 days (like a retreat or workshop series)
One-time visitors don't count toward your limit. We want to help you grow your community, not charge you for every walk-in.
Grace Period
If you go over your member limit:

| Days 8-14 | More prominent notice, email reminder |
| Day 15+ | New bookings paused until you upgrade |
You always have 14 days to upgrade or for your member count to naturally decrease. We won't cut off your members mid-month.
