Set Your Schedule
Now that you have booking types, let's add them to your schedule so visitors can actually book.
What You'll Do
- Understand recurring vs. one-off sessions
- Add recurring sessions to your weekly schedule
- Create one-off sessions for special events
- Manage your calendar
Recurring vs. One-Off Sessions
Recurring Sessions
These happen on a regular schedule—same day, same time, every week.
Best for:
- Regular classes that repeat weekly
- Standard operating hours
- Predictable, ongoing offerings
Example: "Morning Flow – Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6:00 PM"
One-Off Sessions
These happen once on a specific date.
Best for:
- Workshops and special events
- Holiday classes
- Guest instructor sessions
- Trial runs before adding to regular schedule
Example: "Guest Instructor Workshop – Saturday, March 15 at 2:00 PM"
Many spaces combine both approaches. Run your regular schedule as recurring sessions, then add special events as one-offs.

Add any special details:
