Your list is yours

The people who come to your space are yours, not ours. You can take a copy of your whole list whenever you like — every member, every enquiry, and everything you know about them.

Take your list with you

  1. Go to Members.
  2. Open the menu next to Add Member.
  3. Choose Take your list with you.

We'll put the file together and email it to you. It usually lands within a few minutes.

The file is a spreadsheet. Open it in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, or anything else you use. Thai names come through exactly as they should.

You can ask for your list up to three times a day. If you need it more often than that, get in touch.

What's in the file

One row per person — your members and your enquiries together:

  • Name, email, phone and LINE ID
  • Their role, level, and the bio you wrote for them
  • How often they book and visit, and when they last came
  • Their membership plan and how long they've had it
  • Where they first came from
  • Your own notes from their visits and enquiries
  • Whether they've said yes to hearing from you

Your notes are in there because they're yours. We don't hold anything back.

Where people came from

Next to each person you'll see how they ended up on your list:

What you'll seeWhat it means
Opted in to updates on 12 MarThey ticked the box themselves, and this is the day they did it
On the list through a bookingThey booked with you, so you have their details to run the booking
Joined before we started askingThey were already on your list before we began recording this
Asked not to receive updatesThey unsubscribed. They won't get broadcasts

Most of your people will say joined before we started asking. That's honest, not a problem — we'd rather tell you we don't know than make a date up.

When you write a broadcast, you'll see the same split next to your recipient count: how many opted in themselves, and how many were already there. Nothing is blocked either way. It's your list, and you know your people better than we do.

When someone unsubscribes

Every email you send includes an unsubscribe link. When someone uses it, they come off your broadcast list straight away and stay off it. They're still in your community and still in your export — they just won't get messages.
