Broadcast
Sometimes you need to reach everyone at once — a schedule change, a new class, a heartfelt thank-you. Broadcast lets you send one message to a group of your people, right from your admin.
What You'll Do
- Write a short message with an optional link
- Choose who it goes to
- Send it now, schedule it for later, or save it as a draft
- See how many people re-engaged after it went out
Who You Can Send To
Pick one group per broadcast:
| Send to | Who it reaches |
|---|---|
| All members | Everyone who belongs to your space |
| By lifecycle stage | A stage like At risk or Active — great for a gentle "we miss you" |
| By membership plan | Everyone on a specific plan |
| Leads | Contacts you've captured who don't have an account yet (email only) |
Before you send, Broadcast shows you exactly how many people the group reaches, so there are no surprises.
The At risk stage is the one to watch. A warm note to members who haven't been around lately is one of the simplest ways to bring them back.
How to Send a Broadcast
- Go to Broadcast in your space admin.
- Choose New Broadcast.
- Write a Title and Message. Add a Link if you want a button (for example, to your booking page).
- Under Send to, choose your group. The recipient count updates as you choose.
- Choose Send now, Schedule it, or Save draft.
Your broadcast shows up in your history with its status — draft, scheduled, or sent — and how many people it reached.
Send Now, Schedule, or Save a Draft
- Send now — it goes out right away.
- Schedule — tick Schedule for later and pick a date and time. It waits and sends itself. You can Cancel a scheduled broadcast from your history (it goes back to a draft), or Edit it before it sends.
- Save draft — keep a work in progress. Come back and finish, schedule, or send it whenever you're ready.
What Members Receive
- Members get the message in their in-app inbox, by email, and as a push notification (if they've turned on notifications on their device).
- Leads get it by email only — they don't have an account yet, so there's no inbox.
Every broadcast email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and Tatiya always respects anyone who has turned off email. Members can also manage email from their notification settings at any time.
Broadcasts are for things worth everyone's attention. For a nudge to just a few people, a personal message still beats a mass send — see Manage Members.
Measure Your Impact
Want to know if a broadcast actually worked? Tick Measure impact before you send. Tatiya quietly holds back a small group (about 1 in 10) who don't get the message, then compares: did the people who received it come back to book or visit more than the ones who didn't? That difference is your lift, shown in your history once a week has passed.
Measuring needs a bit of a crowd to be meaningful, so it kicks in for groups of about 20 or more. For a small, close community, skip it and just send.
What Broadcast Doesn't Do (Yet)
- No replies — it's one-way; conversations happen in your usual channels
- No LINE or SMS yet — messages go by in-app, email, and push
- No repeating broadcasts — each one is a one-time send
