Manage Members

Your members are the heart of your space. Understanding who they are and how they engage helps you serve them better.

What You'll Do

  • View your member directory
  • Understand member information
  • Use insights to improve your space

Member Directory

Accessing the Directory

From your dashboard, go to Community > Members.

What You'll See

The member directory shows everyone who has:

  • Created a booking at your space
  • Been added by you manually
  • Joined through other means

For each member, you can view:

  • Name — How they identified themselves
  • Contact — Email or phone if provided
  • First visit — When they first booked
  • Last visit — Most recent booking
  • Total visits — How many times they've booked

Searching and Filtering

Find specific members by:

  • Searching by name or email
  • Filtering by booking type
  • Filtering by date range
  • Sorting by activity

Understanding Your Community

Active Members

Members who've booked within the last 30 days. These are your regulars—the foundation of your community.

How to nurture them:

  • Remember their names
  • Notice their progress
  • Make them feel valued

Returning Members

Members who've visited multiple times but not recently. They liked you but life got in the way.

How to re-engage:

  • A friendly check-in message
  • Special "welcome back" offers
  • Updates on what's new

New Members

First-time visitors in the last 30 days. Their experience now determines whether they return.

How to welcome them:

  • Personal greeting
  • Extra attention in their first sessions
  • Follow-up after their visit

Lapsed Members

Haven't booked in 90+ days. They've drifted away.

How to reconnect:

  • Acknowledge the gap without pressure
  • Share what's changed or improved
  • Make it easy to return

Member Insights

Booking Patterns

Look for patterns in when people book:

  • Peak days — When do most bookings happen?
  • Popular times — Morning vs. evening preference?
  • Seasonal trends — Busy periods vs. quiet ones?

Use this to optimize your schedule.

Retention Signals

Watch for warning signs:

  • Decreased booking frequency
  • Cancelled bookings
  • Shorter sessions

Reach out before they fully disengage.

Growth Indicators

Positive trends to celebrate:

  • Increasing new members
  • High return rates
  • Referrals and word-of-mouth mentions

Member Communication

One-on-One Messages

For individual outreach, use:

  • Email (if they provided it)
  • Your usual communication channels (LINE, WhatsApp, etc.)

Tatiya shows you contact info; how you reach out is up to you.

Announcements

For space-wide updates, use Broadcast to send one message to all your members — or to a group like a lifecycle stage, a membership plan, or your leads. It arrives in their in-app inbox and by email, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Personal Beats Mass

A personal message to five lapsed members is more effective than a mass email to everyone.

Privacy and Respect

What Members Expect

When someone books with you, they expect:

  • Their information stays private
  • You won't spam them
  • You'll use their data responsibly

Best Practices

  • Only contact members with relevant information
  • Let them know how to opt out
  • Never share member information with third parties
  • Delete information if they ask
